The Container

Programs

Practice needs a container. These are ours — a place to begin, a rhythm to keep, and periods of depth when you can make the time.

The Foundation Course

A structured introduction to all four practices and the ground beneath them. Each week pairs one reading with one practice, so that reasoning and doing stay in step.

  • Weeks 1–2 · The unchanging witness. What Tat Tvam Asi actually claims, and what it does not.
  • Weeks 3–4 · The body as instrument. Asana and pranayama for a steady seat.
  • Weeks 5–6 · Attention and its wandering. Dhyana from ten minutes to thirty.
  • Weeks 7–8 · Japa, and the integration of all four into a working life.

Includes a weekly live session, a practice journal, and access to the participant circle.

Weekly Satsang

An open gathering. A short reading, a period of silence, and then questions — asked plainly and answered plainly. Nothing is off limits, including doubt about the whole enterprise.

Retreats

Sustained practice in a setting that does not interrupt it. Days follow a simple rhythm: early asana, extended sitting, a teaching session, and long stretches of silence. Numbers are kept small deliberately.

For Organisations

Attention is the scarcest resource in a working day, and it is the one thing no tool has been able to supply. These sessions teach the practice of returning to the present moment, stated in plain language and without ceremony.

  • Introduction to attention and its drift — the mechanics, not the mysticism.
  • Short-form practices that fit between meetings.
  • Optional follow-through: a six-week guided sequence for participating teams.
